Default Front fender cut

Hey everyone first off i know this should be in the modified section but its saying i dont have permission to post there so i figured this might be a close second. I tried searching but it keeps showing me how to cut under the flares.
I want to run the open end stock bumper look (take off the end caps) and the problem is i have a 1995 cherokee so the front fender comes down in front of the wheel apposed to the 97 fenders that stop at the grill line. I was wondering how most guys handle this situation. Im sure just getting 97 fenders would be the easy solution but moneys kinda tight so i dont think i could afford them and then have them painted so i figured cutting would be the cheapest solution. Iv seen some guys do it nice even fold the bottom so you dont have a rough cut line but theres some stuff behind the fender as well i dont want to cut. Just wondering if anyone had some techniques that they found that worked well. Thanks

I followed the header panel line and cut mine straight across at the front. Then I cut and folded the fender to gain more room. MOst will just cut the front wheel arch. I wanted to do a fold on it, so I could keep the inner liner in place.

How did you fold it up? And what did you do with all those support brackets and stuff to make it look clean?

The front of fender is not folded, just the arch is.

I cut some of the lower supports out. Still have part of one in the there.
