Default Front bump stops

Recently I installed a 4.5 lift on my cherokee. Now looking to install the proper length bump stops on the front. I measured the distance between the factory bump stop mounting location and the and the axle at full flex and it was about 6". I'm looking for the best way to get to the 6" mark with bump stops. Keep in mind I want quality parts

I used the prothane coil inserts and couldn't be happier. They come in a variety of heights, just need to add something to your original bumpstop mount to increase the surface area for contact with the insert. I used a hockey puck and it has worked well.

Oem bump stops on the top and hockey pucks bolted to the bottom. Sounds half assed but it really isn't.

You can buy extended bump stops that go in the top but the issue with those is that when the axle is at full droop the coil is pulled back and can contact the longer bump stop.

He said he measured from the bump stop cup, not the stop itself.

Do you have any issues with the puck ridding on the spring at full flex. And does anyone make them in any color than red? How do they mount?

Sorry these are the best pictures but they're the only ones I have. You can get a general idea. That's two hockey pucks with holes drilled through them bolted to the cool buckets. Front bump stops-image-2952510256.jpg

I haven't had any issues with the puck.
I have only seen them in red, but they aren't extremely visable.
They literally just sit inside the coil. Jack up the front end, pull the bottom of the spring out, slide em in, and you're done.
