front axle assembly swap

I have a 1999 cherokee sport and was wondering if i could swap the front stock axle assembly out with a 3.73 geared axle assembly with no problems.

Only if the gearing in the rear axle is also 3.73.

Depends on what you're getting the 3.73 geared axle out of.
