Frame stiffies!!!!!
I've searched cf, and I can't find any threads that compare frame stiffeners from the several sources there are. So far I've found
T&T Customs $156
HD Offroad Engineering $330
and Ruff Stuff $189
I really like how the HD set spans from the spring mount in the rear to the lca mount in the front, but $330 is a lot of dough.
Does anybody have any experience with any of these brands and the products or any input on this? I'm trying to order them within the next week. Thank you!

I had a set from ruffstuff. they were massive and looked like pure beef. but I didn't like the oval rosette holes and I think they were a little to heavy. more metal doesn't always mean stronger
so I sold them and did some more research. talked with Brian the vendor for HD on naxja. then I bought a complete set from HD. they showed up in the mail and the first think I noticed was that both center pieces combined were lighter than 1 on the ruffstuff ones. you can always just order the middle sections from HD for $105 and get the rest later
how to weld stiffeners properly to your uniframe

and that's why I went with HD. but I'm also planning on a cage to make it even stiffer. any of the options are better than nothing

The number of holes and the thickness of the material is key. Connected to the frame correctly the 10 ga will be stronger than the 3/16, with the rosette holes I provide it allows you to attach them correctly. I ran these on my rig with tons and 42s and full cage and had no issues, I beat my rig harder then 99 percent of xj owners.
Let me know if you have any other questions,
Thanks

I could go with just the middle set from hd I guess, and add on as I go. Is there a vendor on here or jeep forum or naxja? Does anybody know?

Since when is lighter better in chassis reinforcement?
Liquid iron also makes an interesting stiffener. Might want to check theirs out. Otherwise ruffstuff or make your own.
Mine are in my build thread, very easy.

I debated it, I planned out how to do it using c channel or angle iron, and that's a lot of holes to drill, and angles to match up, and I don't have time for that as I work 45+ hrs a week and am taking 16 credits a term in college.
I think itd be really cool if ya did though!!
