Has anyone installed frame stiffeners with long arm BDS please post pictures?

 

whats the issue?

unbolt BDS long arms and crossmember.
install stiffeners
reinstall long arms

 

The BDS has two brackets one that is the cross member the other wraps around the side don't think it would have been a problem If i installed first problem now all holes have been drilled and the stiffeners will drop the frame rail down 3/16. hole won't line up. Plus another issue the existing holes on the Ruffstuff do not line up with the cross member. We have already called them they say there is not a problem with their production.

 

you could install the stiffeneners and then drill new holes for the crossmember and brackets. the new holes would be slightly lower than the old ones, but that shouldnt be an issue.
