Yes. You can take the output hot lead at the lights and use that to trigger a relay that will send power to the roof lights. Or, you can identify the hot lead right at the back of the back of the factory light switch and use that to trigger a relay.
Now, if what I just told use isn't making sense to you, you need an education on basic automotive electrical. Try reading this link, and perhaps others on that site, and you'll have a good working knowledge.
