I also bought a flowcooler because my jeep always runs around 230, noticed it runs maybe 10 degrees cooler. But the most noticeable thing is it cools down very fast compared to stock when wheeling and I haven't had overheating issues since
Wow havent seen this thread in a while. Since you asked for an update so here you go. The flow cooler seems to be doing great. I was running at 210* before I installed the flowcooler. After the install and a new stock 195* tstat, it never gone over 195* unless I was towing my 20ft travel trailer during the summer months. Which it went up to just under the 210* mark. I was running a zj fan clutch for a while but it ended up eating my radiator so I went back to a stock one. Temps seem to be the same between the stock and zj fan clutch. Hope this helps! If you have any questions feel free to ask!

See.. both of those reviews make me think it might be worth the 90 bucks haha.
nice to get an update! TY, what were you doing when your fan ate your radiator? im so scared of that happening. I know I should be fine with new brown dog mounts, but i bet you thought you were fine too before it happened. what is a rough weight of your trailer? A 20ft trailer sounds like a lot of an xj to tow, how did it do?

Mine just shipped red- got the confirmation like 20 minutes ago. I didn't even think they would be open this late but no complaints from me.

Oh and if you have not ordered it yet, use code: ScramblerRomeo (case sensitive) for free shipping with Quadratec.
I was getting on the highway and miss judge what lane a car was in so to avoid being rear ended I just floored it. I believe it was due to worn motor mounts which I replaced shortly after just to be sure. As far as my camper I took it to a scale to see how much it weighted when I bought it and it was 2600lbs. The cherokee is rated for 5000lb. Now would I tow 5000 with my cherokee, no way I think its would be to much for it IMO. I keep it out of overdrive and at 55mph on the highway so far no problems. I also have quadratec hd leaf springs, converted my rear drums to disc, and I put a massive stack plate trans cooler in along with a trans temp gauge. These 3 mods I believe helped a lot towing my trailer. I do need to get a weight distribution hitch in the near future.
dang, it is crazy the amount of torque our 4.0 has when we mash the pedal! and chance you have a pic of your trailer hooked up to the jeep? I am going to tow a tent trailer with mine, but if I can step up to something that is hardsided I would be super excited. I was going to put airbags on the back for extra support but havent really reasurched it yet, need to get her running right before i worry about towing! I would love to have rear disks brakes, thats def on the to do list! prob going to come with a ford 9" or a dana 44. I have a huge trans cooler that is going in when I put my csf 3 row in, so it seems like I am barking up the right tree, just have to get it all done.
