Default flex problem

got a 98 cherokee with a 6.5 rustys long arm no problems with the front works great. but the rear on the other hand acts like the leaf springs are stiff and wont let it flex not getting up and down travel in rear like it should. did another jeep with the exact same lift and it killed me on the flex ramp and on the trails mine 3 wheels like crazzzzy. anybody know whats need done to fix this problem???

Have to ask but, is your rear sway bar still attached?

im guessing a horrible shackle angle is to blame. post pictures. if it is a bad angle, then go to HD Offroad Engineering and get some relocation brackets.

A 90 degree shackle angle will give you a horrible ride and flex. Most likely it is that.

no its not attached and my jeep is the one with the same lift shackle and everything the only difference for the most part is that he has a 2 door mine is a 4 door but i don't think that should make a difference in you up and down travel

i had these on my jeep for a while i had rustys 3/4" shackles and i cut the hd off road brackets and everything and every little bump make the shackle come up and hit the hd bracket and i had it set to the perfect 45 degree angle so i took them off tired of hearing the banging
