I don't know your Logan bumper's capacity but the 4ltr cherokee has a 2000 pound towing capacity. I tried renting a tow dolly from Uhaul once to tow my sons cherokee with my cherokee, NO GO.

In short yes...
I would make sure the bumper has extended mounts to the unibody frame.
They make D-Ring Tow Bar adapters, Warrior is one company that makes them

I have towed mine with a $70 Harbor Freight tow bar and just bolted the mounts to my front after market bumper. Just make sure you use safety chains and the bumper has good mounts to the jeep.
Leave the trans in park (or it will free spin from transfercase friction and burn up), transfer-case in Neutral, key forward so steering wheel unlocked, disconnect the battery if towing a long way, and personally I would drop the driveshafts if towing 100 miles plus, but probably not necessary.

Logan's makes good bumpers. I've bought three. You could tow with one. The hitch is not rated...because they are a small shop and getting something "rated" takes money. But these bumpers are plenty strong.

Actually the original poster has not spoken up in two days and its confusing, I thought the same, Flat tow his XJ behinid something, but then he does say "flat tow with my xj" which sounds like he wants to pull with his XJ.
