On the road you wont notice much of a difference between a radus arm and a 3 or 4 link. Yes, the caster and pinion angle changes alot more drastically on a radius arm setup but you would have to be cycling through a decent amount of travel to truely see an effect. Desert racing would be a great example of this.
As far as adjusting your caster and pinion angle on a radius are setup it is much more difficult as you have to remove one side of the arm, thread the joint in or out, then reattach the arm and check your alignment. With our kits it is a simple turn-buckle adjustment that can be done with all arms attached and wheels on the ground.
Yes, all y links do bind when flexing. So does a 4 link, but not as badly. A 3 link suspension setup will not have any inherent bind, which is why they are preffered offroad.

No such thing as too much adjustment, as long as it doesn't cause clearance or strength issues, ect.
You MIGHT notice a slight improvement if the bushing are better quality. Your control arms angle on relation to the road will still be the same, maybe 1* less if you are able to stretch the arms out at all.

I've found the more adjustment the more fiddling you have to do and less wheelin'.
Then more replacing worn out adjustable parts

Just sayin is all..

If you adjust it properly the first time you won't have to worry about readjusting. But that's how it worked out for me. With my Adjustable Upper , Adjustable Lower Control Arms, and Adjustable trackbar. I also have access to Hunter laser alignment rack so my Xj got dialed in very quickly .
