okay, i found a set of 5 35x12.50x17 Bfg KM2's 4 have about 60-70 percent and the 5th is brand new, the guy wants $600. my gut tells me that's a great deal, but i want some other opinions. my other question is what should i sell my tires and rims for i have a set of 4 33x12.5x15 firestone destination mt's. on crager d windows. the tires have 80-90 percent tread. one of them has some cuts in the tread(and only in the tread) from hitting my fender but no real damage or danger is caused by this. so that being said. what should i ask for them
i was thinking i would ask like $800 obo for all 4 tires and wheels, but i'm not sure, what do you guys think?

Concerning the KM2's, how old are they? That's something a lot of people overlook when buying used tires. If they're over 4 years old, you run into possible road force issues, sidewall wear, and moisture build-up (affects the balance of the tire). If they're in good shape though, $600 sounds like a good price. If you're are in good shape I would ask $800, see if someone will do that price, but be willing to go down a little to make the sale.

600 for the km2s is a great price so long as they arent rotted out, etc..
Id sell yours for 800, if someone offers 700 id prolly take it. I wish I could find some 35 inch km2s for a 17 inch rim

yeah, that's the only problem, i can't find a set of 17in wheels anywhere, i want the km2's really bad, but my 33's are the only tires i have. and i have to sell them to get the km2's so somehow i am also pretty much broke, so i somehow have to be able to sell my tires and make enough money to buy both the km2's and rims all in one day, it seems pretty impossible. but i really want the km2's

my borthers were perfectly fine till about that percentage then they just wore really rapid also his 35 km2s measured to 34.5 when they were brand new off the truck so if ur in search of real 35s definatly not these his measure to a hair less then 33 atm and he needs new ones

when I bought the 285/75/16, they ran me 520 shipped to my door for 4 of them
the treadwrights have a warranty and the stand behind them, when I had a MINOR flaw in one of my tires they offered to send me a new one and let me keep the old as a spare and they where going to pay for everything, even shipping
my buddy bought a set of 5 on the metric 35s from treadwright and he balanced them with 0.5oz of weight on 2, 1oz on 2 and 2oz on the other one...

Treadwrights are def something to consider, ive heard NOTHING bad about them. Id look the km2s over closely..Ive seen time and time again where they say 60% and you get there to look at them and they are really closer to 20%. Obviously people skipped school on percentage day.

also, treadwrights are a good option. but they are out of the metric 35 guard dog. also the warrenty doesn't apply to that tire, it says so on the site

the first set of tires I bought the guy claimed they where 40-60% I should have looked closer, they had uneven wear, in the tall spots they where, not so much in the other spots, my mistake, but still
