Default Exhaust with just welder and cutting tools

Pipe is a bend kit i bought off ebay came with 90s 45s and Ubends. Cost was 165 i think. That was enough stuff to do entire exhaust from my header to rear bumper. A wj exhaust thats dumped at the rear axle and anothere friends jeep exhaust fix.

I also do pie cuts qelded together to make bends. Two 6ish degree cuts to make a 12deg pie 4 pies to make a 45deg bend. Could bump cuts up to 7-9 to make 14-18deg pies. 14deg nocks a 45 down to 3 pies ish. Everything in fab is ish. Nothing needd to be exactly a 45deg or even a exact length on a track bar. The ish is what gets the **** outa the shop and on the trails.

Ok heres the tail pipe. This could be cleaned up with a grinder to look good but thats pointless on my jeep since ill probly break it or change it.

Down pipe is a 45deg bend from the exhaust kit then the rest is pie cuts to bend around the oilpan and over the crossmember

I enjoy exhaust work for some reason so im shareing again. Its realy not hard with basic tools

Spintech has a oval muffler thats interest.

Oval under the floor pan then transition back to round would work.
The oval muffler is i think 2.5" thick would clear and be above rhe frame compared to a 4" thick muffler thats below the frame and nearly touching the floor pan
