Currently I have high flow cat, flow master super 40 and 2.5" pipe, cat back. I've been looking at this header being mine has a crack. But I also have heard about the downpipe being restricting.. What should i do about that for a 2.5" pipe?

usually. this header is not junk. i have one.

have an exhaust shop make you a downpipe shouldn't cost more than 60 or 70 bucks

90% of the ebay headers are an EXACT copy of the Gibson... Ive held them both side by side and everything is identical. That does not mean materials are the same how ever.

My buddy running the ebay header didn't have any problems with it in the few months that he kept the jeep after installing it.

I chose an AFE when I did my Stroker... I have also had a Gibson and a borla on past jeeps. Borla are nice but probably more expensive then they are worth.

As for the downpipe, walker makes on but ide recommend just taking it an exhaust shop (one with a mandrel bender if there is one near you) and have them make you one. Adding a flex pipe will assist in making whatever header you go with last longer.
