You just bolt it to your muffler (might need an extension piece between that and your muffler and then it exits in the same location as stock.

A turndown would be louder in-cab. And depending on who does your emissions, they may not like it.

You can get a turndown at checker/autozone/wherever for around $6. Then get some exhaust clamps/hangers and you should be looking at muffler cost + $20.
