How big of an aftermarket alt. and battery are you using now to support those. I have a single large one on my race car and the wife's 96 Mustang with a 572 ci. BBC in them plus electric water pumps. Both of them have 160 amp alt's and large batteries in the trunk/spare tire area. These fans aren't cheap but work quite well in both cars neither of them being DD though
I'm still wondering why all the extra cooling is needed with a new mostly stock cooling system, how many people have this problem after winch install?
Electric fans are not a solution to highway overheating. The amount of air that should be flowing through the radiator at highway speeds is much higher than any fan can provide.
More than likely the OP's winch/bumper combo is diverting airflow above and below the chassis instead of creating a high pressure zone in front of the radiator.
One potential solution might be to add shroud plates on the sides of the grill that stick out enough to divert air towards the radiator.
