Default Electric fan issue

So, im assuming my heat problem is because my electric fan isnt turning on, the clutch fan spins freely when the temp is high and is a bit harder to spin when the temp is cold so in assuming thats fine, so how should I go about testing wat to replace to fix the electric fan? It doesnt turn on when the ac is on nor does it turn on when the temp is 218+

Try putting direct 12v power to it see if it turns on. Could always go to JY and get another one to swap in.
If you disconnect the CTS, does it come on?

I had the same problem ..I just connected the fan straight to the battery with a fuse in between and a switch inside the cab to turn it on and off at will

Yeah, test the fan with 12v. If it works, turn your AC on and probe the fan connector for 12v. Check for any blown fuses, shorts, etc.

IIRC the Taurus fans are 13" and they are oversize, so 16" would be way big. Go out and measure your radiator to see how tall the radiator is

Nope. A 10 or 12 at the largest.

do you even know if your fan is bad? If you havent tested it yet you might wire a new fan in and still get nothing...
