Got everything finished except for wiring. I did use a 80 amp fuse and hot wired to test how well it worked. It does cool great. I let the jeep get to about 225F and turned on the high speed. It cooled right down with A/C on. I am unable to do a road test until I get my hubs and new tires on but feel great about how it will work. Its weird how much better it sounds only hearing the exhaust amd raw engine sounds.

Belt I am using is 83 1/8th inch. Seems like it will work fine. I will add part# later.

This is how much I took off the alt bracket

The little brackets I made to hold the bottom of the fan. Pic from underneath.

Changed the way I'm am going to wire it up. I know that I will have to make sure I turn the switch off in order to have the power off. I am going to try this and see how it works out. I have already tested the theory and it will work. I am unsure of any issues this way might have.

If its same motor and blades, how come its less bulky than the Taurus fan?
The Volvo fan is actually almost the same as this BMW fan.
