EB Axles.
So I'm ready for an axle swap and found this when I was looking for doner vehicles. Is this worth picking up for the axle swap? I will get the tire size I want to run, the axles (locked), the gears I wanna run, wheels, a winch, and the seats will go in to my xj as well. Whatever is left after that will most likely get parted out and sold. The details/pic of the possible doner are below. Any comments or thoughts would help out a ton.

For that size tire I'd go full width and those are close if not a bit narrower than stock. I'd just wheel the EB as it sits and find another set for you jeep. And unless they've been swapped it will have drums front and rear and most likely a low pinion front, don't remember what years were high or low.

All depends on how much of the work you can do. Gears and lockers would run around 1500 here installed, I'd choose a different tire unless you like the pizza cutters, my 12.50s are a little narrow for the height. Then you're looking at all new mounts.

I'm planning on going to 37x14.50s when I'm ready to buy a new set but I figured that these would be a good set to run for a summer just so I don't have to spend 1500 on tires right away. And I can do 90% of the work in my garage. I would most likely pay someone to do the gear/lockers just because i haven't tackled those before. Mounts and whatnot I will do myself. I have MIG and TIG access as well.
