Easiest way to take wire from roof to cab and engine compartment

Yup. Just man up and drill the hole and rtv back. All those ideas of running in window molding or door jam blah blah. No, just drill and be done.

Or, take out one of the bolts holding the roof rails on and feed the wires through. This is what I did. You have to fish it through and around some of the existing bodywork under the headliner panel, but it worked killer. Just RTV where the wires go through. It will be much easier to do if you have the headliner panel out, I did not, but was able to make it work. If you need to re-do your headliner, it is the perfect time to run some wires through, whether or not you have lighting to install or not...just run the wires out and cap them, or do your lighting upgrades at the same time.

I didn't like the idea of drilling holes in my roof so I ran my light wires down the side windshield seal under the flap and into the fender and straight into the engine bay. The wires like to slip out of the seal alittle bit sometimes but isnt too bad.
