looking at you pics seem yoke needs to go up to decrease this angle also tires seem pretty worn...

is your front axle centered? it looks to be to far to the driver side in the picture.

And i ran 6.5 of lift with stock control arms and RC CAD's on my 98 i just sold. it drove great and never got DW.

parts i had just for reference
RC CAD's
RC trac-bar and drop bracket
drop pitman arm
steering stabilizer
RC shocks
100% stock control arms

My '95 XJ has been a red-headed stepchild from the start. The kid that owned it before me (I keep thinking anybody that irresponsible had to be a teenager) ran the dog chit out of it without repairing or maintaining it much at all. It is close to stock, with a 1-1/2 or two inch hockey puck lift, and a badly worn front end. It had horrible DW at any speed over 40 or 45. I am not much of a mechanic, so I took it to my local 4x4 shop, and told them "Rebuild the front end and eliminate the death wobble." They replaced the TRE's, the track bar, new shocks and replaced every single removeable bushing in the front end and aligned it. Then I put new 31x10.5-15 tires on it. No more death wobble.

Pinion angle is as good as its gonna get without throwing the caster off, plus I know it doesn't have any driveline vibrations as I had both driveshafts out, at different times obviously, and driven it without changing the wobble. The front axle is centered measuring off the unibody to the inside of the top of the tire.

Found a curb this weekend and had an extra pair of hands "wiggle" the steering wheel back and forth, found no loose parts anywhere. I had tried the baldish ATs back on it the day I took the pics, they made no difference so my MTs and Mustang wheels are back on now.

Well to kinda update this a bit, 3 weekends ago was Ocean City Jeep Week here fairly local to me, that Fri evening after work I rebalanced my MTs and rotated them for good measure, riding from my house to OC where they had the Show N Shine on Sat morning felt no change whatsoever in the wobble. After the show everyone convoyed down to Pocomoke City, MD where the ES Jeep Association had an obstacle course setup at the P City fairgrounds where I proceeded to beat the wee out of the Jeep till the Monsoon that came through our area that weekend washed us out. On the normally 30 min or so ride home I was never able to get to more then 35mph due to the rain so it wasn't till the next day riding up to Delmar, DE, about 1hr 15min, where the ES Jeep Association was giving an open tour of their private wheeling land that I noticed the Jeep hadn't wobbled once. I wheeled it hard all day Sun and since I drove it home it hasn't wobbled since. So whatever I did wheeling those two days fixed whatever issue I had causing the slight DW I was having lol. If it comes back I guess I'll update this thread again.
