anyone have a pic for what the did for the shafts and fluids? do i need passages for it to flow between the two cases? or will they be independent of each other fluid wise?

also another question. can i use the 231 wit the aw4? the aw4 will bolt to the Toyota engine i plan to run plus a bell housing but the jeep running gear will say jeep. if that makes sence?
yeah. the most common kit I know of is the "Box for rocks" kit. pics and info here - http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=577021

231, and D300 use the same bolt pattern and are interchangeable. you could do 231-300, 231-231 with this setup. (I believe there are other options as well)

You cut it off. You only use the reduction part of the box, and you can clock it so that its out of teh way if needed depending on t/case/floor/driveline ect.

ok i plan to go get another t-case in 2 weeks . so i can start looking at what i am getting into and what i need to machine . can i divorce the t case from each other so i dont have to mess with the shaft? or that just gets cut down.

there are a few thread on dual cases but most of them just show the two put together not the process of putting it together.

i am back to searching now i will see ifi can post some links to gather soem info on for any one else thinking about this.
