dual side dumps 1990 xj
im thinking of putting dual side dumps on my 1990 xj, with a cherrybomb. i need to have a cat and a muffler. any advice or tips? and what order would they need to go in?

It's on you... if you're doing cherry bombs or.equivalent the second probably... myself I would do like.a.single.in dual out flow and do like the first.

If it was me I would do the first one. Reason being the last time I looked under mine I don't think there would be anywhere else to put a second muffler, also that's just another thing looking to get smashed on something.

Maybe from the cat into a Flowmaster 10 series with dual outlets out the back? The passenger side is no problem as that is the side where the tailpipe normally goes. The driver's side has fuel line, fuel filter and brake lines running along the frame rail. Regardless, you probably need to exit behind the passenger compartment to be legal.
If your outlets are straight out the back rather than pointing down, there will be less noise inside the vehicle.
