Default Driveshaft/lift angle question

I put a 3 inch lift on my 1996 xj last June. The front center output bearing has begun to squeak all the time when driving. Is this because the lift is causing the front ds to spin at an unnatural angle, and if so, how do i make adjustments when i fix the bearing?

front center output bearing ?????

Do you mean the pinion bearing on the front axle, or the output bearing for the front driveshaft on the tcase, or the u-joints in the driveshaft itself, or the centering ball in the front driveshaft cardan joint ??

.
