Default Door removal

I recently decided i wanted to take the doors off my 91 jeep cherokee. So i looked at it and i cant figure out how thw wiring is donw on the front and rear. Id like to be able to take the doors off in matters of minutes. the rear doesnt seem to have a "plug" to disconnect and the wires in the front arent long enough to pull thru so if it stays the way it is that means i have to unscrew the panel everytime i want to take off my doors?

any suggestions on how to go about my dor removal or any pictures of yalls door removals?

On the ones I couldn't get to the plug, I just cut them and got a lil connector and hooked it up.

cut little angles into the pins. keep the bottom pin long and cut the top pin in half. it makes installing alot easier

This makes the top pins prone to break. Just happened to me yesterday. Careful.
