I had to remove the drivers side speaker and door control panel to replace the door check assembly. Now after I'm done I go to put the control panel back on and the windows all roll up and down and the door will unlock but not lock. Simple plug and play. Everything worked fine before this. Any ideas?

 

the rod that connects the lock switch to the lock is bent

on my phone or I'd post a link how to fix it but just Google it its a common problem
