My Passenger side Door latch linkage is not functioning properly i always have to slam it and slightly lift up on it. AND NO the hinges are not mis-aligned i have confirmed this by being able to shut the door completely when i push the linkage back on the back side of the door by the latch.
so has anyone had this issue? should i just get a new door? or try to replace the linkage?

Is it the linkage going down to the latch mechanism on the door? Try lubing everything up and moving the parts back and forth. I've had to do that to a bunch of vehicles because dirt and grime got in there and they would just start sticking.
