All right gentlemen here's a decision I have made I do believe I want to go with a 4 inch lift made by Old Man Emu however I can't seem to find a full suspension lift with all the parts that's the HEAVY DUTY for my 97 XJ, all I'm finding is partials better either the coil springs without the Leafs or the Leafs without the coils..... can someone please help me with this situation I've been searching for about a week and a half to no avail..... please make sure it is the HEAVY DUTY lift.....
You have Rocky-Road.com, the cheapest place to get an OME 4 or 5" kit.
Also doesn't come with lower control arms which are needed and includes alot of their house brand crap.
You have DPG, this is where I'd go.

This should have everything you need, all inclusive.
Call and see if it is heavy duty.
Or if it costs too much, they have the 3.5 which is pretty much all inclusive as well.

You will need to provide your own lower control arms though.
For the price of the 4", I'd probably choose the metalcloak 3.5 kit, because it offers the most offroad capability out of any of them

Call some places that sell the lifts and ask them if it's available.

Are you saying these places sell Old Man Emu kits or are all these different kits? I'd like to stick with the Old Man Emu kits because they are talked about through the four-wheel-drive community..... Also what do you mean that the 3.5 inch kit offers more off-road capability?

Yep all OME kits.
The DPG is a good company.
It says they offer different spring rates by OME so I recon if you called to order it, you would go over that part of the lift.
The Metal Cloak 3.5 offers the most capability due to all 4 control arms having a form of the flex joint.
The lower control arms have double joints for more articulation.
