Then the axle was prolly off center to begin with.
Adjust it so its centered, if the jam nut is against the tie rod and the tie rod is threaded all the way into the trac bar your kinda screwed.
A little off shouldn't be too bad, mine was off for awhile and didn't drive too bad.

Thats really easy. Find a common point on both sides and measure.
I measured from the top outside of the tire to the subframe rail. When both were equal I figured they were good enough for the girls I go out with.

can u walk me step by step? do i disconnect the track bar?... how do i move the axle side to side after i disc the track bar?
Disconnect the trac bar at the body side bracket.
Get your measurements. Rock the Jeep back and forth, push the jeep side to side til it settles even.
Make your trac bar that length, bolt it back up.
In theory you could get a correct length by using a guide. "X" length trac bar is good for "Y" amount of lift..but that doesn't take spring settling into account. Thats why I just measure for centering.

i got under the jeep today.. took off the track bar.. moved the axle to the driver side about 1/4 of an inch. but... the track bar was adjusted to the max and the axle still sticks out on the passenger side about 3/4 of an inch.. here is a pic of my Track bar fully tightened
is my track bar too long for my lift?
and also i do have adjustable Upper control arms..

Seems that you track bar is a bit too long. There are a couple Easy fix methods... lift another inch or so, buy a smaller track bar and sell that one to me, get a stock track bar and re-drill mounting point at the axle side.
