here's a parts list for you:
Frame Bracket:
item: number needed:

5/8” X 3 1/2” GRADE 8 HEX BOLT 1
5/8” GRADE 8 STOVER NUT 1
5/8” SAE GRADE 8 FLAT WASHER 1
5/8” AN GRADE 8 FLAT WASHER 2

Axle mount:

item: number needed:
7/16” X 2 3/4” GRADE 8 HEX BOLT 1
7/16” GRADE 8 STOVER NUT 1
7/16” SAE GRADE 8 FLAT WASHER 2
