Default DIY quick release idea brainstorm...

Inspired by the other forum's diy quick release using Heim Joints, I wonder if this would work...

I am going to order two of those ball Joint end, screw it on top of the stock sway bar link, get one of those I_I shape channel that is 1 inch wide and 1.5 inch tall, cut it about 1 inch length mount it upside down under the swaybar, and link it with a quick release pin.

$53.80 with bigger(overkill) joint and much less parts, What do you think?

Hate to bust your bubbles but you can buy some for just a few dollars more than you have in parts ready to go.
