Default Disc breaks on Chry 8.25?

Soon I'm going to take the axles off of my parts jeep (98) and fix em up to put under my DD (99). I'm wondering If I can replace the drum brakes on the rear axle with the disc breaks on the front. Is there some kind of conversion kit I can buy that will let me put the calipers and rotors from my D30, onto my Chry 8.25?

You need zj rear disc brakes, there's a ton of write ups, the short of it is adapt the backing plate to axle, install disc brake stuff.
