Default Disc brakes swap

Alright I know the Dana 35 axle isn't really worth upgrading but I have to replace the rear drums on it since they have frozen so I figured I would do the disc brakes swap to it. Can anybody give me any advice or a parts list of what I need to be able to do the swap out of junk yard parts also if it helps the axle came out of an 87 Jeep Cherokee

Rear brake parts from 94-98 Grand Cherokees (ZJ). Check your local auto salvage yards.

Will I need to disassemble the rear axle on my jeep to be able to install the parts are can I get away without having to do that?

Here's a step by step:

There are many other guides if you google "D35 rear disc conversion"

Here's another:

Even though it's for an 8.25, it's pretty much the same. Be sure to get the "guts" from the donor vehicle's proportioning valve and the caliper mounting studs.
