If your taking the upper arms longer just unbolt them with the jeep on the ground and jack up the pinion until you get desired angles. But you either need to lengthen lowers or pull the uppers back some

Default driveshafts

replace the slip n stub when you start moving the phasing around you screww things up the reason the driveshaft ujuints work in harmony with each other to counter act the motion of the ujoint movement (take a extintion cord and snap it on one end the ujoint s work like snaping on both ends so killing each vibration out ) pm me if u need help i cant type worth a !@^*(&*()

I actually used some ratchet straps to rotate the axle housing till the pinion angle was straight (the measurements posted worked) without jacking up anything. Then tightened everything up and it ended up working.
My thinking was that if you lifted the sprung weight till the pinion was straight, then tightened the arms up they might move when the sprung weight was put back down. It might just push everything where it needs to go tho, i just didnt try that.

Thanks everyone for your ideas. I'm going to be trying this in the next few days.

Good call. I meant to say I did this while the jeep was on its own weight. Disconnect the uppers at the axle and loosen the Lowers at the axle.. Now take a jack and go under the rear of the front axle (under pinion) so it will force the pinion up and the diff cover towards the ground. Take measurements. Adjust arms to proper length. Tighten. Wheel. Be happy and vibe free. Unless death wobble occurs. In that case it's back to the drawing board...

After about 2 hours with fixing and clean up I'm up to par with the measurements of the upper and lower control arms. My low speed vibration of the steering wheels due to the pinion angle has gone away!!! Now I'm going to have to either get an alignment or adjust the track bar because the passenger side wheel is tilted out a little.

I'd get it aligned so you know everything is good. And by the tire tilted out do you mean the tire is out of the fender further to one side or tilted from top to bottom? Bit confused. Glad the vibrations went away. Currently waiting for my adjustable arms now lol

I'm going to get it aligned once I install by drop pitman arm this weekend. And I reference to the wheel titled. If you're looking at the front of the jeep the driver wheel is deAd on straight. The passenger wheel looks to be turned towards the passenger side a bit.

Gotcha. That's a toe in/out problem. An alignment will get it straight again.

I'm back again everyone!!! I can't figure this out. I'm getting the vibration again. Visualize this. As you accelerate from 10-35 mph I literally see the steering wheel to up and down so quick that's it's vibrating. I'm lost!!!
