im doing the zj leather power front seats. i had search the write up but can't seem to find the answer on "how to". for those who done the swap where did you guys hook up all the power wires? i want to able to use the power option on the zj seat, minus heated seat. i was thinking hooking the wires to the fuse box but not sure if that's good idea or not. im not good or understand schematic print that good but a pics or simple where to wire to would help. thanks.

when i did mine i just used the stock harness and ran through a 20a inline fuse then to fuse box.

where's the stock harness lead to? i tried that as well but couldn't figure out which spot in the fuse box it used so i couldnt get power to it

i cut the stock harness that clipped both drivers and passenger seat into one wire like a Y from the donor vehicle that the seats came from and added a 20a fuse before inserting to fuse box.

it ran under the carpet beneath the center consul i believe. from an 89 limited into my 90 pioneer.

it was years ago, but i just used a switched power tab in the fuse box. or i might have just went to a switched fuse... can't remember. lol

but try to get the wire harness from the zj so the seats clip into it.

what if i ground the black wire and splice the other 3 wires together, connect to 20a inline and to one of the fuse in the box. would this work or i end up blowing the fuse? i tested by twisting all the 3 wires together and connect to power source and all the power seat options work.
