Default decent performance header?

Since I cracked my stock header in going to try to weld it and save up for a better one. My question is what does everyone else seem to like that isn't super expensive? Any input is appreciated!

Decent but inexpensive = APN. I am hoping to install mine in the next few weeks every time I attempt to start the install something comes up and I am not able to.

Another supporter of APN. I've had it for over a year now

You still haven't put that damn thing on yet? You've had it for a month.

My fuel mileage seemed to double when I put it in after driving around with a cracked header. Buy it asap. It's only $185 shipped or something and my gas savings already paid for it.

Running a Banks torque tube header. 2000 xj. Not very satisfied unfortunately. Very expensive. Reinstalled it twice. That darn thing still leaks. Also for some reason it appears to be longer pushing my pre cat flange into my drive shaft. Wouldn't get banks again

What's the best site to get the APN header?
What about the dorman one from autozone? It has the flex pipes in it.

The APN can be found at Ineedparts.com or something like that.

Get the apn. Way better than any autozone garbage.

According to CrawlerXJ, this is the same as APN header. They look very similar. So you can take one guy's word for and save 50 bucks or go with the tried and true ineedparts.com header. Your call.

Me? I am going to save the 50 bucks when it comes time.

I'll join the APN bandwagon. I installed one and have been very satisfied.
