Default Death Wobble Help

I just put a new 4.5 inch RClift on my 89 XJ. I got it aligned and my caster is at 8.6 degrees. Which way do i need to push the axle to get it where i need it. Towards the front or rear of the jeep. I also have not put on the transfer case drop on it yet. Would that have anything to do with my DW

Thanks

did you put an adjustable trackbar/mount? and ur tcase drop is for driveline vibrations, it wouldnt cause deathwobble. just a really annoying vib when you go certain speeds

yeah, check all joints, tie rod ends, your adj track bar is tight. mine tends to get a little loose after some time from all the damn bumps from offroading. also check your control arms, caused my buddies to get death wobble. did ya put in a drop pitman arm on her?

I have not put a drop pitman arm on her yet. Everything to me seems to be tight. The only things i have in mind are my caster is off my tires might be unbalanced and my transfer case isnt dropped yet.

Id drop the t case and also get a drop pitman arm to help. Steering angles are all off.

Go get your tires balanced. And as mentioned in post 2, a T case drop wouldnt have anything to do with DW. Driveline vibes and DW are two completely different issues. Give us a picture of your front end head on.

I will post a photo later today. Once I get home. My upper ball joint is behind my lower ball joint. Is this a good or bad thing for my caster angle?
