DEATH WOBBLE
i have a 90 cherokee with a 3" Rough Country lift. and it worked fine though i did notice a little vibration around 50 ever since a lifted it. but now the shake is extreme even at 40. i haven't got it alligned yet but im goin to. i was wondering if it was bad that when i put the front end together to get the track bar to fit i pushed the whole axle over to make it reach the stock trac bar. could that be putting to much strain on the stock system and made it wear out?

Suspension geometry is sort of important. Yes the axle is suppose to be centered, and anything that isn't correct can put added stress on other suspension components.
Get the axle centered like it is suppose to be and then get it aligned.

I went thru everything with steering and trac bars and alignments. Turned out mine was caused by upper control arm frame end bushings were bad. My steering was tight when someone would turn the wheel back and forth with me looking at it, turned out to be nothing to do with steering. Just keep that in mind

i replaced the trac bar with an extended adjustable one and it fixed the problem for about a week but now its back, im going to take it in to get the front end alligned and see what that does to help. but it just feels like something in the steering is screwy to me.
