Yeah, but those bumstops won't do much at 6.5in. And a set of adjustable uppers and lowers would almost be necessary. You'll need to address your rear drive line, track bar, possibly brake lines, and the length of your sway bar endlinks.

3" spacers don't seem like a good idea to me, and depending on what your lift originally came with(add a leaf, full packs, or shackles) you may not be able to use the shackles. You will need to change a lot more parts if you do lift it that much anyways. New control arms, track bar, shocks, brake lines, etc. It would be better for you to buy a completely new kit if you plan on going that high.

Even with just 2" you will have to switch out a lot of parts.

3" is fine... I have seen people run 4.5" coil spacers... kinda waste though...

you could make your own spacers... it is cheap and easy to do, and they are stronger than the poly spacers

He wants to add 3" to his already 3.5" lift not just a 3" lift total.

Def need upper and lower adj control arms, adj trac bar, ext brake lines, shocks, and I would even say a drop pitman arm if you want to do it right. Def a tc drop...or if you want to do it correctly...SYE
