i am re gearing my dana 30 and dana 35 to 4.56 gears i already have all the parts so i am not gonna buy a c8.25 at this so plz dont tell me to do that. i know it is better but i already have parts

for the dana 35 will i need a bigger carrier

 

I’m not going to suggest a 8.25.
I will however tell you to get a 31 spline 8.8.

This is the carrier break for the 35. If you have lower than 3.55 you'll need a new carrier.

im pretty sure stock gear ratio is 3.55 so i should be good for 4.56 ring gear?
