I called napa to try and get a rear dif seal cause mine is leaking and They said those were my too options. I did some searching on google but nothing really informative. How can I tell what rear end is in my jeep? Thanks!

Search, look under your jeep and clean off near the center of your diff cover, dana 35s will have DANA etched really small in em, the 8.25 has a very flat bottom cover....

Also if you have a 99 (like your sig says) youll prolly have a 29 spline 8.25

the 8.25 housing has a very distinctive flat bottom, D35 is round. If you have ABS, its a 35, if not its an 8.25

No. ABS was never part of any 8.25" axle.

D35 came with or without ABS.
