Default Dana 30 swap

I have a 91 xj , with a NP231 , dana 30 with the vac disconnect..
the front axle is bad. bearings are shot and 1 shaft is broken.

I have a Dana 30 with out the vac disconnect.but it doesnt have the inner or outer axle shafts. I also have the matching rear dana 35 thats going to be swapped out in to my xj since mine is shot . ( yes I have an xj with 2 bad axles! )

so is a Non vac dana 30 constantly locked all the time ? Would this effect the handling when driving ( tire screeching when making a fast enough turn ?)

What other Jeeps can I got the Axle shafts from to put in the Non vac dana 30 ?

Ive read a few threads, and I really cant find a straight answer! It seems everyone has their own opinion !

I won't have any effect on steering, Jeep has been using them since the XJ came out in 84, not all got the vac disco. As for shafts any XJ, TJ and some ZJs, some have cv shafts. The later versions and ABS versions have larger u joints. Do not run it without at least the outer shafts, the unit bearings will separate and your wheel will fall off.
