Dana 30 shaft ears bent?

the ears arent very strong to start with and if the spare axles are stockers than scrap them buy another set.

So I attempted my u joint today and it turns out that I also have bent ear on my outer shaft. From the looks of it, it appears that the bend ear caused the clip to fall out, then the u joint cap fell out. Looks like I'll be buying a new outer shaft
