Ok no luck...shims didn't help...
It's coming out! Maybe I didn't install something Right or I have other issues to fix or a design problem with the locker...
But to avoid anymore problems or noises I'm not used to especially in 2wd it's coming out...

Just to shine some light on this subject....
It wasn't the locker that had the problems. It's one of my brake calipers...
I've noticed even now with out the locker it would sound like a scraping sound on the brakes...
Meaning that one of them are slowing failing...the piston is taking too long to release the pad...so while I would brake one caliper had enough pressure to make the locker clunk and still clunk after until the piston was finally back in the caliper...

Check the brake lines before buying parts, happened to me a few months ago on the wife's Blazer replaced the caliper thought it was bad and it ended up being a bad line lol.
