Cruse Control setting question
Does anyone know if there are any reprogramming options or other methods to get the cruse control to work at lower speeds?
My cruse control works fine at highway speeds, but the minimum speed I can get to set at is 35mph. I would like to be able to set the speed in the 25-30 range. The jeep is stock.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have found lots of posts complaining about this situation. No definitive statement if anything can be done.

Not sure about that, but every vehicle i've driven with cruise control has the minimum speed governed at 35, both old and new. May just be the standard most car makers set the cruise at.

My Cherokee won't kick in until almost 40....annoys the hell out of me too. My Colorado will set at about 20mph and I use it down low like that everyday. The work truck will set as long as it is above 550 rpm, gotta love Peterbilts.
