Default Creaky noise while slightly flexing and driving

So I let my friend drive my jeep and he drove it in to a ditch going about 10 mph. Ever sense then it makes a horrific creaking. I lubed everything and tighten my track bar thinking it would quiet it but it did little to nothing. Thinking I might throw In the towel and go to a shop

I couldnt get sound to play but I used to get creaks at various times and it was the crossmember.

Edit got sound. Also had an issue that sounded similar and it was a leaf/shackle bushing binding.

Alright I'll give it a look when I get home. But the sounds is coming from the front suspension though. Wonder if a certain component is broken or worn out

Have someone bounce your bumper up and down and get under and listen to where its coming from. I had a similar sound on my crappy rough country control arms at the "x-flex" joints. I rebuilt them a couple times in a month and finally threw them away and replaced them with claytons and no issues since. Rough country is junk.
