Crashed my XJ
Here's my 98, about a month ago I slid off the road into a tree, It was late at night and I suffered a concussion. I don't remember much other than being stuffed into the steering wheel. I woke up in my own bed, walked outside with that faint memory of crashing but didn't know if it was a dream or not.
My new homebrew bumper was pushed in on the drivers side, the frame was wrinkled under the mount, the fender flare was gone, steering wheel cocked, and when I started it the radiator fan was eating an A/C hard line, fenders were full of mud, and it was still in 4H
I finally had time to fix her up today (just been driving my pickup) I straightened the bumper out, zip tied the A/C line back, fixed the bent drag link, and found my fender flare in the back!! so I bolted both on so they don't wander off lol.
The PO had put a RE 3.5" lift on, but I managed to break a coil wheeling, and the front sat a little low, so I swapped in RE 4.5" coils.
Feels good to love my XJ again. I need at least a rear locker ASAP!
anyhow she's alive, got a couple poser flex shots, tell me what you think!
