Crankcase breath hoses

I have a Cherokee 95, 4 Cyl., and the one of the breather hose is cloak, the 5302 0027. I can't find it. What do your recommends? Thanks!!

a 3 foot piece of fuel line 5/16 or 3/8 or 1/2 dia
