Default Correct Leaf Spring pack Size?

I'm new to this forum and this is a first time post. I'll try and and make it quick. My XJ is sagging in the rear and I want to level it out. The original owner lifted the jeep with 3" lift blocks, 6" shackles and the stock leaf springs. It is clear the springs are shot which is causing the sag. I want to eliminate the blocks and use a true leaf spring suspension in the rear but am not exactly sure which size packs to get. I am guessing a 4.5" spring with the 6" shackles would bring the rear up to 5.5 - 6" of total lift? Does that sound right? Also, any good recommendations on specific leaf pack brands?

Thanks all.

I don't know about purchasing new lift kits, because I did a 3" junkyard lift.

Do a search on this forum, and google for "Bastard Pack" if you are on a tight budget and don't mind turning some wrenches.

Here is a link to the thread I used to do mine, that 4.3L XJ posted.
