I'm going to convert to an open cooling system using dorman 902-305 radiator hose "T"... Has anyone done this and what rad cap did you use?
Edit:
After reading several reviews on this product, I'm going to go with a Moroso 63730 aluminum one. I've read several reports if the plastic one failing, cracking, or collapsing prematurely.

Easy enough. Just buy the right size for the upper rad hose and splice it in. Then get an overflow jug, run the line to it. Gotta switch up your heater hoses too. Pretty easy

Well, I had to replace and upgrade my cooling system due to a pressure bottle blow out... And I had to go with the 902-305 filler neck because of my budget.
I need to know what rad cap people used. I know it's 16lb, but I bought one and it didn't fit. It would turn on correctly, but it dosen't seat/seal properly.
Edit:
Nvm... It was a faulty cap.
