Default control arm bushing help

I'm a newb so please bear with me. I need to replace my lower control arm bushings. I have a 4.5in BDS set up with almost 50K miles on it. I know my bushings are bad, the whole front axle moves about a quarter inch between reverse and go. I'm starting to get some pretty good drift when driving about 45mph and higher. I have upper and lower bushings NIB from BDS and want to do it this weekend. I've searched for tutorials and checked the Haynes but I'm not comfortable yet. I'm looking for some step by step info w/ pics if anyone has them, where to jack, good lessons learned etc. Push me to a thread I haven't found maybe, or youtube. I will be happy to post pics of the replacement for anyone interested. Thanks for your inputs.

If it was me I would do it one arm at a time on the ground.

Not aware of any walk through, write ups etc but it should be pretty straight forward. If you have trouble getting old ones out I have known ppl to burn em out.

Dont stress about it too much get in there and knock it out.

Best of luck.
